Yeah......it is a castle when you step back a little. :+fav:
the footprints on the right are a little distracting, sadly i couldn't get the entire view into the frame without cutting one of those trees in half!

i just loved the way the shadows roll over the top of the hill and flow down into the valley

true, very true... in the past i took many photographs with wide angle lenses, i like this simple lens to frame things nicely, and if it doesn't fit... it might not look nice anyway!

but i do miss wideangle lenses... if it's used correctly you can get some beautiful shots, with everything inside the frame!
