thanks for looking alex, i still haven't fixed my focusing plate so i'm having a lot of luck with the focus... and learning how to judge short distances quickly through the lens!

That's pretty good then if it turned out like that.

So far I have one decent-looking black and white while the others are more or less scrap.

Technically I just love this image, seems that the light is hitting just perfectly and the whole thing was exposed perfectly in my opinion. Nice work. :clap:

Very nice, I like how the focus is obviously on her hands and her work pile, and yet it is overall very soft and endearing. Sort of an homage to the level of craftsmanship merely hands can attain :)

that's what i feel too, i tried really hard to get the focus there on her hands, but with f2.8 and a guess of where the focal point is... i lucked out once again!

dude, it's the first time i seriously tried to use a greycard to get the right exposure, and it seems to have worked out nicely huh :)
